Whiten your teeth and freshen your breath naturally with Oil Pulling!

I have recently gotten on the bandwagon of oil pulling, and let me tell you - I LOVE IT. The texture was weird for me at first, but after I 'chewed' the coconut oil a little bit, it turned to liquid and was much better. I also had a hard time because I have never been a fan of coconut, but when you are 'swishing' this around in your mouth, you can barely taste it.

I noticed right away that my mouth was fresher in the morning (I usually do it at night while I'm reading) and I don't have morning breath anymore. I've also noticed some whitening... and I'm excited to see what the results will be the longer I continue this. The best part is, it's not toxic like most mouthwashes.
