You are NOT alone! I was there once, too, and I can help. I saw first-hand how small changes make a big impact over time, and I love how I never have to diet again and can still eat foods that I want, without worrying about gaining weight, losing energy, or feeling blah.
 
Why?
 
Because when you eat clean for most of your meals and you have those occassional 'unhealthy' meals, or weekend splurges, you don't need to worry. Your body will bounce back with the nutrition and nourishment from eating clean and detoxing your body. That's why this isn't a diet - it's a lifestyle change.
 
Here's what you WON'T do:
  • Count calories, carbs, fats, etc. Actually, the nutrition label will be the LEAST of your worries.
  • Restrict foods. I'm all about 'Crowding-out', and we'll talk more about that during your initial consultation.
  • Completely go Paleo. Or Vegan. Or Pescatarian. Yes, there is such a thing. I'll teach you the core concept behind bioindividuality and that no one way of eating is best for everyone. Did a friend do really well on the Atkins Diet, but you failed miserably? There's a reason. And no, it's not your fault.
  • Eat only kale, sprouts, hemp seeds, and rice cakes. Nope, you'll eat your favorite foods, just healthier versions!
