Kids don't need sugary snacks in recreational sports!

I absolutely AGREE with this blog post - I honestly could not have said it any better myself! So instead of coming up with my own, I thought I would share this one! Why re-invent the wheel, right?

I know it may not seem THAT bad that kids are getting a sugary, processed snack after a game every weekend, but come on. Add up all of those weekends, and that's a lot of sugar, especially right after a ton of exercise. All they need is water!
